Customer profiles & history
View merged customer profiles with order history, lifetime value, store credit, loyalty points, notes, and call logs.
Customer profiles in Retailos give you a single, complete picture of every customer — pulling together their activity from both your POS and Shopify into one unified record.
How it works
Go to /app/customers to see your full customer list. Click any customer to open their detail page, which includes:
- Order history — every order placed in-store or on Shopify, shown in one timeline.
- Lifetime value — total revenue from that customer across all channels.
- Store credit balance — how much credit the customer currently holds.
- Loyalty points — their current points balance.
- Notes and tags — add internal notes or tags to segment and remember key details about a customer.
- Call history — if calling is configured for your account, a log of all calls with that customer appears here, along with a CallButton to dial them directly from the page.
The timeline at the bottom of the detail page stitches together orders, calls, and other interactions in chronological order, so you always know what happened and when.
Good to know
- One record, two channels. If a customer shops in your store and also orders on Shopify, Retailos merges both into a single profile. You will never see duplicate records for the same person.
- Shopify sync is two-way. Customer data syncs between Retailos and Shopify automatically. Changes you make in Retailos reflect in Shopify, and Shopify customer updates come back into Retailos.
- Call history is optional. The call log and CallButton only appear if calling has been set up for your account. If you do not see them, calling is not yet configured.
- Tags are yours to define. Use tags however makes sense for your business — VIP, wholesale, influencer, or anything else. They are stored on the customer record and can help you filter your list.
Troubleshooting
- A customer has two separate profiles. This can happen if they used different email addresses in-store versus online. Check both profiles and reach out to Retailos support to request a manual merge.
- Shopify orders are missing from the timeline. Confirm that your Shopify store is connected under your integration settings. Only Shopify syncs two-way with Retailos — orders from other platforms will not appear automatically.
- Call history is not showing. Call logs only appear when calling is configured on your account. Contact your Retailos account manager to enable this feature.
