Understand Retailos plans, pricing, trial, billing methods, and what happens when you cancel.
Retailos gives you a straightforward subscription that you manage entirely from /app/billing — no sales calls, no surprise lock-ins.
How it works
Retailos offers four plans billed monthly:

Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial so you can explore the platform before you pay anything.
How to set it up
- Go to
/app/billingto view your current plan and trial status. - Choose the plan that fits your business. The modules available to you in the app follow your plan — higher plans unlock more of the platform.
- Complete payment through Razorpay using UPI or a debit/credit card. Payment is charged monthly from the date you subscribe.
- If you need a specific feature not included in your plan, check
/app/billingfor available add-ons that can extend your setup without requiring a full plan upgrade.
Managing and cancelling your subscription
You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time directly from /app/billing — no approval needed.
If you cancel:
- Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Your data is preserved after cancellation, so you will not lose your records if you decide to return later.
Good to know
- Trial requires no payment upfront. You only enter payment details when you choose to subscribe at the end of your trial.
- Module availability is plan-dependent. If a section of the app appears locked, it is likely not included in your current plan. Upgrading from
/app/billingwill unlock it immediately. - Add-ons are available for select extras. A small number of features sit outside the standard plans and can be added individually — check
/app/billingto see what is available for your account. - Data is never deleted on cancellation. Your inventory, orders, and other records stay intact, giving you a clean starting point if you reactivate.
Troubleshooting
Payment failed at checkout. Razorpay supports UPI and cards. Make sure your UPI ID is active or that your card is enabled for online transactions. Retry the payment from /app/billing once the issue is resolved.
I upgraded but a module is still locked. Try refreshing your browser after upgrading. If the module remains inaccessible, contact Retailos support and share your account details — plan changes usually apply instantly.
I cancelled by mistake and lost access early. Access runs to the end of your paid period, so you should still have time remaining. Log in and check your subscription status at /app/billing. Your data is safe regardless.
