AI Copilot & AI features
Use AI Copilot to query your store data, draft marketing copy, SEO meta, and helpdesk replies — all in one place.
AI Copilot & AI Features
AI Copilot puts a smart assistant inside your Retailos dashboard so you can ask plain-language questions about your own store data and generate ready-to-use text — without leaving your back-office.
How it works
Copilot runs directly inside your dashboard. There is nothing to install or connect separately. Here is what you can do with it:
- Ask questions about your data. Type a question like "Who are my top customers this month?" or "Which products had the most returns last week?" Copilot reads your Retailos workspace data and replies in plain language.
- Draft marketing copy. Describe what you need — a promotional SMS, a festive offer email, a product launch announcement — and Copilot generates a draft you can edit and use.
- Write SEO meta content. Ask Copilot to write a meta title or meta description for any product or collection page. It uses the product details already in your workspace to keep the copy relevant.
- Reply to helpdesk queries. Paste a customer message and ask Copilot to suggest a reply. You can tweak the tone or details before sending.
All of this happens inside one chat-style interface on your dashboard. You do not need to switch between tools.
Good to know
- Copilot works on your workspace data only. It answers questions based on the information inside your Retailos account — orders, customers, products, and so on. It does not pull data from external sources.
- AI usage is included in your plan. There is no separate AI add-on to purchase. Your per-workspace usage allowance is part of whichever Retailos plan your account is on.
- Shopify data flows through Retailos. If your store is connected to Shopify, that synced data is available for Copilot to reference, because Retailos two-way syncs with Shopify and holds that data in your workspace.
- Outputs are drafts, not final copy. Always read through generated text before publishing or sending. Copilot gives you a strong starting point — the final call is always yours.
Troubleshooting
- Copilot gives a vague or incomplete answer to a data question. This usually means the underlying data is limited — for example, a date range with few orders. Try rephrasing the question with a specific time period or narrowing the scope.
- Generated copy does not match your brand voice. Add context in your prompt. Tell Copilot your brand tone ("friendly and casual" or "premium and formal") and any keywords you want included. The more detail you give, the closer the draft will be to what you need.
- You cannot see Copilot on your dashboard. Check that your workspace is on a plan that includes AI features. If you are unsure which plan you are on, visit your account settings or contact Retailos support.
