Submit your product catalogue to AI shopping assistants like ChatGPT, track feed quality, and monitor per-channel status.
Agentic commerce lets you put your products in front of shoppers who are discovering and buying through AI assistants like ChatGPT and Perplexity — directly from your Retailos back-office.
How it works
- Go to
/app/agenticin your Retailos dashboard. - Review your feed quality score. This score tells you how ready your catalogue is for AI shopping channels. A higher score means AI agents can read, understand, and surface your products more accurately to buyers.
- Read the fix recommendations alongside the score. These point to specific gaps in your catalogue — things like missing descriptions, incomplete attributes, or weak product titles — that you should resolve before submitting.
- Once you are satisfied with your score, submit your catalogue feed to the available AI shopping channels.
- Monitor per-channel submission status on the same page. Each channel shows whether your feed is pending, submitted, or has an issue.
Tips
- Fix before you submit. The quality score is your checklist. Submitting a low-scoring feed means AI agents may skip or misrepresent your products when answering shopper queries.
- This is an early-stage channel. Reach and measurable return will grow as AI shopping matures. Getting your feed in early and keeping quality high puts you ahead.
- Your catalogue data comes from Retailos. If your store is connected to Shopify, product data syncs automatically from there. Edits you make in Retailos or Shopify will reflect in your feed.
- Check back regularly. Channel availability and submission requirements on this page will expand as new AI shopping partners are onboarded.
Troubleshooting
- Low quality score with no clear reason. Work through each flagged item on the
/app/agenticpage one by one. Common culprits are short product descriptions, missing category tags, and products with no images. - Submission status stuck on pending. AI shopping channels are early-stage and may take longer to process feeds than traditional channels. Wait 24 hours and refresh the status on
/app/agenticbefore taking further action. - Products missing from the feed. Check that the products are active and fully filled out in your catalogue. Incomplete or draft products are typically excluded from the feed automatically.
